First of all the color I chose was not the color I got. I did the dip nails. I picked a beige I got bright white. The lady said it as the same color. I said no it’s not. Secondly the job was awful. Look at the picture. I will never go back. She offer s to take five dollars off. What a waste.

Lake Side is a great place located in the center of GP to get a full day of pampering. They do great service for both ladies and gentlemen. Don't go on a weekend because the wait can be long!

This is my second time coming here and it will be my last. First, if you come here be prepared for them to not have the color you want. I went through three colors and I still didn’t get the color I wanted. I paid $40 for a color I didn’t want. While I was having my nails done I saw a girl pick out a color and the girl doing her nails picked a different color when locating her nail dip container. Second, the nail tech that did my nails wasn’t friendly and didn’t care if I didn’t like my nails. I had to have her fix my nails because she didn’t go back and check. When you walk in this place I feel like the people that work here do not appreciate you coming. I spoke to the guy at the counter and he kept saying “next time” he would take care of me. I feel like he should have tried THIS TIME because I told him there wouldn’t be a next time. Very poor management and customer service. I’m simply giving it 2 stars because I like the location.
