Danielle is AMAZING! She was able to FIX my brassy hair color done by another stylist previously. I was fascinated that she used steam heat to process my hair color and highlights instead of dry heat from a dryer which I’ve had done for decades. I walked out with healthy looking natural looking highlighted hair. Thanks Danielle!

I got there and I asked for katelyn to cut my curly hair short, and she told me that I shouldn't get short hair, because all curly hair does when short is poof up. She told me that no one with curly hair gets short hair, and that I shouldn't do it. Now, surely I don't have to explain why this is absurd. I wanted to get my hair dyed purple. This place charges 78$ HOURLY for dyeing your hair. Now, if they were quick and capable I wouldn't complain. She almost started to bleach my hair without cutting the many inches off of my hair that I asked her to cut off. I had to ask her to cut my hair first, and she begrudgingly did it. Through the entire process she didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing, and she kept stopping and talking to other people. She took TWO HOURS just to bleach my hair, and she tore out a HUGE chunk of hair off the top of my head in the middle of the bleaching. She was not gentle with my hair, and I would not recommend her to anyone ever. She also completely botched the layering in my hair, and missed the front part. She seemed incompetent in nearly everything she did. So, there. I am never going back there again, and I would highly recommend against anyone else going here.
