I just moved to Fort Worth from Chicago and didn't know many reputable places to go and get my hair done. I had received services years ago from a Regis and called to inquire about services and pricing. Was given basic information and a time limit of 6:30. Arrived earlier and was told I should have made an appointment. Three people had walked in before me and they wouldn't have time "to do that". Wording irritated my soul. Also asked how long it takes to get my hair done. I explained it depends on the person doing it. Response was "yeah but you know how long it will take." My hair is not course, shoulder length, I just wanted a wash and rinse. No southern hospitality here. First bad experience.

Disgusted by their services. It was a very welcoming at first, very warm & friendly. I planned on getting more services after my smoothening but just 3 days later my smoothening got washed off with my first hair wash. My hair got extra dryness on my colored hair, plus no smoothening. I felt like taking money and go somewhere else. Next salon advised me to get it fixed back from Regis salon cause they had no idea what chemicals had been use. I went back to Regis and they gave charges for extra services that can be done. Instead of fixing the damage I was given extra charges menu for cutting burnt hair + Deep conditioning, rounding off $ 60.00 ( Also, all this while my money wasn't even refunded. They took 10 days to refund me.) I simply had to run.

Ken has been styling my hair for 6 years, never had a bad cut or color! Love Regis at Hulen, be sure to ask for Ken!

Have a hard time finding someone to cut my hair the way I want until I came here. Did a fantastic job and less expensive than all or most others I have been too. Cut was $43. Go check them out!

I went there to get my hair dyed for the summer. The service was ok, but I got annoyingly peer pressured into going for a different color. I decided it would be fine and went for PERMANENT teal. It came out green and washed out in a few days.
