This Great Clips is by far the best Great Clips I have been to! Ms.Della hooked me up with a awesome hair cut. She was super thorough, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. Thanks Ms.Della she is highly recommended!

Honestly, I've been there several times and had pretty good experiences with who I think is the manager. A younger lady with long hair and a great personality. Today we were not so lucky. My twin 5 yr old boys and I came in for a hair cut and were on the top of the list. There were two ladies cutting hair and each had a customer, we were up next and were the only other people in the store. An Asian lady finished first and called for one son. The other lady (a afican-American lady) finished up and said she was going on a break...the other lady couldn't believe it!!! There were 5 people on the list at this time. I asked the Asian lady to do lightening bolts in one sons hair and she did 2 lines... The African-American lady came back after 15 min and she absolutely shouldn't be cutting hair. She was rude and mean to my other 5 year old son until my wife and I couldn't take it anymore! She rudely kept saying "I said to hold still". Halfway through his cut we said stop. We immediately left and went to Cost Cutters and had a great experience! They fixed both boys haircuts and I even got one too all for less than "not so" Great Clips!

Waited for 30 minuets for a a haircut then I was skipped by the hair stylist, asked for a manager and he got an attitude doesn’t want to answer because we interrupted his lunch. All I can say you lost a 3 year customer.
