I have been going to see Janelle for years. She does an AMAZING job with cut and color. Her prices are reasonable and I always walk out there feeling like a million bucks. The salon itself is always clean and polished.

Jason Schreiber is amazing! He understands what it is that I am wanting done and is very open about the processes involved in obtaining the desired results while doing what is best and healthiest for my hair. His work is so incredible that people continue to compliment my hair and ask if I have just had something done to it weeks following my visit! He is a master, knows what he's doing, and takes pride in what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Pamela is the best!!! I have been going to Pamela for years now and cannot say enough wonderful things about her not only as a person but as a stylist. She truly listens to what you want and responds to that but also will give her honest opinion which I value. I get Keratin treatments from her which is actually what led me to her. I had tried several salons here in Austin and had one horrible experience then a decent few then I found Pamela. She is a master at what she does and it shows on your hair. My hair has never looked or felt better.

Unprofessional. Angry. What a shame, and how ironic, that I am now writing a negative review when I booked based on the good yelp reviews. My appointment was cancelled on me (on new years eve!) last minute. I was supposed to have a simple blow out this afternoon. I was told that my stylist was at home not feeling well. He thought I had been called that morning to cancel (obviously I wouldn't show up if I had received any phone call, voicemail or email of the sort) and wanted to come speak to me. When he arrived he apologized...and that was it. Professionally, I would expect to have been offered the same service from another stylist or perhaps a different time that day. I expect from a highly ranked salon-a solution! Nope. And especially if you believe you are truly sick, don't come to the salon to explain this to me! The phone would have easily sufficed!
