Took my 5 year old daughter here , honestly she really enjoyed the place . She really liked that she got to choose her own movie while getting her hair cut. I thought He hair cut was okay, way better than the last place that left her bangs completely crooked. As long as she enjoyed it is all that matters :)

Filthy - left w/o a hair cut. Used the public restroom and the sink was full of dirty, hairy clogged water. A little bummed cause I was hopeful about the place.

Dose anyone know where elsa went to my son loved to get his haircut with her

I've been coming here for several years for my two daughters. In that time, only one haircut was not to my liking. I think the secret to getting a good cut is to pay for a hair wash, so that all of the hair is really wet before starting the cut. There have been several times when my girls had weird baby hair in the front, but wanted to keep the length in the back. They have always done a good job navigating that tricky situation.

Always cringed when my son requests to go here but I always asked his mom to take him cause I have had bad experiences. Today just did it... I called in for appointment at 3:15 for 5pm. Called at 3:45 to move back his appointment 30 min and they said that it was fine. I show up and they are packed (4-5 kids asking for cuts) and check in 8 min after my appointment, due to waiting in line. Then I get told because I changed my time I am now considered a "walk in". My wait was gonna be over an hr?! Absolutely horrible service and blamed it on me for changing my time. Thanks, but no thanks
