Walked in to a lady finishing up another haircut, I'm the only person waiting and she decides to take lunch at 3pm and leave only one other hair stylist on the floor. Three more people walked in right after me and now everyone is just waiting on this one lady while her coworker goes and microwaves her food. Very unprofessional, at least mention that she is taking a break and they'll be right with us. Instead she just doesn't say a word and walks away. I don't mind waiting but come on, at least tell your customer what you are going to do. They need to get some new management in that store because the current manager obviously has no idea how to manage their staff.

The cheapest and the best place of salon chain in Austin. This place at Hancock centre specially keeps on changing the hair professionals. Although the staff is courteous, it is a bit difficult to get them understand what you really want. Wait-time is generally tolerable and the place has been kept neat & clean.

Terrible. Supercuts Claims they "Welcome Walkins" also claim to be open until 7:00pm. I went in at 6:30pm and they let me know they were "Booked". Oh so you don't welcome walkins? Thanks for wasting my time by lying about your policy. I will not be coming back.

Cheap but efficient. They always know what to do for your particular type of hair.

Didn't come here but Google says I did. So its supercuts, they shaved my hair off completely when I asked for a trim. Well that was in 1988 so I'm thinking they are a little better by now. It's up to you to check it out and make sure to share your experience.
