Absolutely horrific experience never again

Jul 22, 2015
Great for kids! We showed up close to closing (not realizing it was so close) and were welcomed with friendly smiles. They were quick, polite, and did a good job in my 2 toddler boys. They even have a cool kids chair shaped like a car! It charmed even my one who hates having his hair cut. :) Will definitely be coming back.

Haircuts are decent. Got burned here twice waiting. A little communication goes a long way. Don't tell a customer there's going to be a 30min wait, then have them wait an hr before telling them your going to lunch. Won't be coming back to this location.

As usual 6 people waiting for cut and one person cutting hair the other on break, at the bank, or whatever excuse they come up with. Always a long wait, people leaving and missing there turn coming back whenever and getting there spot back even after the name was called.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I checked in online an hour early then arrived on time and should have been the next to get my haircut, but instead we waited 20 minutes (had to stand the whole time because all the other people waiting sprawled out in 2 seats each) then when a chair finally opened up I mentioned to the hairdresser that I had checked in and she told me that all of the hairdressers had multiple customers each who had requested them so they would all be ahead of me. So checking in on their stupid app is the most pointless concept and they give preferential treatment to certain people... It's a supercuts so let's not act like this place should have VIP customers
