Every salon's success depends on it's individual parts working together with ease and efficiency. Those parts are the stylists. When you find a stylist who is willing to squeeze in one more wash and clip, (even though I didn't have an appointment, and even though she was about to end her shift and wanted to go home to her kids), it shows a willingness to keep the salon running smoothly. Plus, she did a great job. Thanks a ton, Emma.

I love this place the lady’s are always nice and very friendly to talk to while they attend to my nappy hair. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Just great vibes all around

This place has poor customer service. I been checked in since 4pm waited for a hr for them to get 3 people in front of me for checking in online. I understand if they checked in before me but they only checked outside the store while I checked in in person and waited nor was informed of a hour wait or longer no did they let me know logging in online will get me in faster. The employees were very rude and the place was dirty with poor customer service. I guess you pay for what you get.

Emma is the best!!! I have been to her several times and she gives a great haircut. Emma should be working at an expensive salon. If you go to her, I guarantee a high quality cut at a great price!!!

Staff here is fast and friendly. I never have to wait too long to get a chair. There's even a option to reserve your place online before you get there. The quality of your haircut/style could be hit or miss depending on who's doing it (I usually try to stick with the same person) - with great prices and convenient location, I highly recommend this location.
