Finally after a year being in Austin I found a amazing stylist! I was a little scared about getting my hair highlighted due, to the past experience! I must say Iona done a fantastic job with my cut and, highlights! I strongly recommend you go see her and the ladies at the salon! Everyone was so polite and made me felt beautiful!

I went with a friend to get, what I thought was a simple blow dry. The stylist who worked on me was the manager (older lady, blond, and smelled like cigarettes) I told her I wanted a blow dry with a round brush. She starts blowing drying my hair I could feel the hair dryer burning my scalp because she was get really close to my scalp. tha's when I noticed that she was using a regular plastic brush and I asked, "Don't you use the round brush for the blow drys?" and her response oh "You want me to use that?" At that point of should have just got up and left. Another stylist had to corrected her and suggested she used a concentrator on the hair dryer. Needless to say I did not get what I wanted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If this person, being the manager, couldn't do a simple blow dry correctly I can only imagine her hair cuts.

Valentina was great with my boys. She took her time with my little. He was a wiggle worm but she was great with him.

Got a haircut today by Monica she actually cut my hair twice so far. I wish I got her last name so I could thank her properly. But this location is great for me thanks again Monica see you next time.

All these bad ratings/reviews is hilarious honestly. Been coming to this place past few months to get my Mohawk done and trust me IM PICKY about who touches my hair... I win that one hands down. Anyways, each of their staff always provide me with reassurance about my haircut being done properly and if you’ve had patience and understanding and have been told to sign in, well then shut up Kathy (random name) and sign in, clearly it’s gonna be a while she’ll get to your sons hair as soon as possible? Aside from that always greeted with a friendly smile even though I usually fail to give one back, but I leave with one on 😁 going back in today to redo the Mohawk love this place especially beats it with price as opposed to getting it done at a Salon and paying $22+ bucks when I can pay about 15 bucks or two dollar difference either way im happy to be their customer.
