Had the most horrible experience!! Spent over $900 on Extensions done wrong. First she kept changing the price. 2nd when my friend showed me how she did my extensions all wrong she had the nerve to say she's black and dont know nothing about my type of hair and third i asked for a refund and she says the whole thing is nonrefundable where i have in writing she only says the down payment is. This will be taken to BBB. Any questions or want pictures please dont hesitate to message me. I will post some pics in comments. Didnt even have it in for 2 days. I am warning everyone so they dont get taken advantage of. I work hard for my money and expect great service for that price! she pretended to be a good person and had the nerve to say shes no magician. No your a hair stylist and should live up to your word when you say you can do something thats what i paid you for. Its a shame I didnt see her true colors from the beginning

Chelo did an amazing job on my hair! I was afraid of every doing my hair in Austin due to a horrible experience 2 years ago with a very popular salon on groupon. My hair was extremely damaged due to the previous salon. My hair was in good condition going to chelo, she listened to my color wants and she helped me out choose the best color that will look good in me and that would not damage my hair. It came out amazing!! I truly was amazed on how my hair came out and cherry on top IT WAS NOT DAMAGED AT ALL!!! I finally found my hair stylist and I don't need to go back home to get it done! Thank you so so much chelo!!!!

Chelo seemed like a very kind professional. She colored by hair and then we'd made an agreement to have a follow up appt in which SHE DAMAGED MY HAIR SO BADLY IT FELL OUT. She said, "I don't know what happened!?" She was so distraught...obviously I was and still am so confused and angry as to why she blocked my number now and will not reimburse me for the initial appt in being that SHE RUINED MY HAIR SO MUCH SO IT FELL OUT! i went to another professional and had to pay of course...Chelo refused to be accountable with a refund or helping me to pay for the color correction. My hair has still not recovered and this was about a half a year ago...Chelo - I am so saddened you have no integrity. You wore a mask of a spiritual soulful human being. Shameful that you did not put yourself in my shoes. Zero compassion.
