Overall very disappointed in my service here. Coming from the northeast, I am used to expensive.. but this was extreme. They really get you with the high cost of a hair cut- or should I say a mere trim. Had the outcome been a beautiful head of highlights, I would have been okay with the price. Unfortunately, I am walking away BRASSY - a blonde's worst nightmare. Even after a "fix", I am actively finding a new salon to fix what went wrong at Frenchy's. I'm new to Austin so really wanted to find a salon that I loved on my first go-around... but this is FAR from it. I'm sure that some stylists are better than others, so the previous reviews mentioning other great stylists should be taken into consideration as well. Just be warned!

Great experience getting my hair done for a wedding we were in town for. Jenny took so much time with my sister and I and did such a great job! Thanks for making us beautiful and for such a fun day in Austin. Your shop is so nice!

I've been seeing Becca there for years now and regularly get compliments on my hair color. All of their stylists are great!!

Love going here! The whole team is always so friendly, and Becca is incredible. Always happy being there and with how my hair looks when I leave!

Jenny @ Frenchy’s helped me like my hair again. She was so attentive and thoughtful. A masterul stylist! The shop was so nice and inviting, and the lady at the front desk was very kind and patient. Thank you all so much for a nice experience!
