Terrible management! They don't know how to staff a store! 2 stylists, 7 people deep. 45 minute wait on a random week day night. Update 1/31/18: Random Wednesday morning and I made the mistake trying Cost Cutter Round Rock again. I'll give you 3 guess on what I'm doing but you'll only need 1. WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING FOR A HAIRCUT. What is wrong with this store? They can't properly staff a store. This is joke. No word on how long I need to wait. Radio commercials blaring away on the speakers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

The stylist made updated look suggestions to my son. He agreed, which was surprising!! Even his dad noticed and said, nice haircut!

Brea has been coloring and cutting my hair once a month for over a year now. Perfect every time! She also does both of my teenage daughter's hair and they are never disappointed. She always provides great service and fun to be around!

Went there to donate my hair for locks of love. The hair cut was the worst. Had to have it fixed some where else. Very bad job.
