Hands down the worst haircut I have had in over 10 years. I could have cut it better myself but it gets even worse. When I got there, the manager was apparently training a new girl, and showing her the product to sell consumers. There was another person waiting and my stylist asked the manager, "are you ready for John?" The manager turned and said, "not yet. I am not done." (and just mean mugged her (customer was pissed)) I thought that she was explaining the products to a customer who was trying to decide what to purchase. However, it was actually just the girl who had started and she was making customers wait while talking about paul mitchell hair products and the proteins.. blah blah blah. Then after my hair was done being butchered..honestly just bad. really bad... I have to go somewhere tomorrow to get someone to fix this because I can't go out in public looking like this. Anyway, back to the horrible experience.. the manager (white skinny girl with blond hair.. just for reference in case the owner or her manager reads this - Date 12/8/16) cut the guys hair next to me in 3 minutes flat, sent him on his way and then went back to talking about the product and training. She continued to break down the commission structure and pay periods on and how the commissions on product work, etc. Now I have to say.. ok.. everyone knows that the product and stuff they sell in the salon is a ripoff and they make commissions but to talk about it in front of the customers, and break down the commissions, and what they make etc. Just extremely unprofessional. She even went as far as to say.. sometimes people don't want the product but you want to just keep talking about how it will help them with the proteins in their hair and give it volume etc. and push it on them to buy. I was still sitting there getting my terrible haircut. Then my stylist asked me what I thought, and if I liked it etc., but honestly I just didn't want her to keep cutting my hair because I didn't how much worse she could make it and I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Also, if she thought that is was ok and wanted to finish I was done letting her keep going. Hopefully, they read these reviews and make some changes and take some pride in their work. The manager was extremely rude to the people she worked with and I can tell they don't like her and the customer experience was awful. All around I should have known from the name, "cost cutters" but I was in a hurry to get in somewhere before they closed because I have a holiday party tomorrow. FML - please don't go here.

Skyy is awesome! I fully trust her with my hair and send everyone I know to her. Super cool chick, and she takes great care of my hair.

I would have put a half star just for the haircut. I had a terrible experience with getting my hair colored. It was rushed and the stylist told me to get a color at walgreens to get the color I want. They also did my niece and the orther stylist did not do her color correct either. Then they over charged me. I will never go back there again. All my friends where in shock how bad it was and said should have Never gone to Cost Cutters. Dont go there!!!!!!
