Great discovery!! These ladies were super helpful and accommodating - love my pink& white acrylics! Thanks.

Duped! Taken advantage of and over charged! Again they relocate elsewhere as they are not worthy of the clientele in this area! But we're polite and fast

I went in for an eyebrow wax and got BURNED. During the wax, I told my lady that the wax was too warm and she said it was because they had just opened for the day, so they had just turned the wax on. But why wouldn't they have waited until the wax cooled enough before putting it on my face?! I had made an appointment, so they easily could have prepared the wax in time, but they failed to do so. The lady also didn't do anything when I told her the wax was too warm. She just kept putting it on my face. I told her this twice, but she still didn't try to fix anything. As I was driving home, my face was stinging so I washed it when I got home and that's when I noticed that there were red welts on my face and that's why my face was hurting. I went back to the salon and they put aloe and baby powder on my face, which actually just made the burns hurt worse. They kept saying my skin was just sensitive and that it would feel better with the aloe, but my face still hurts and I now have to deal with red marks on my face until they heal. Hopefully they will not leave scars. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed countless times before from other salons and have NEVER had a bad reaction to the wax, so my skin isn't "sensitive" as the salon claimed. Whose skin wouldn't react though when you put overly hot wax on it? The salon reluctantly gave me a refund, but a $10 refund isn't worth having my face literally marked from this experience.

I went here for the first time today. I love this hair salon. I will highly return here. The staff is very friendly especially Donna. I love how they do their haircut they feel so relaxing. This is a great location. I will highly recommend this place. Hannah does a great job at manicures.

Walked in and asked if they had time for a simple acrylic set and showed them the colors I wanted and they said no they didnt have time without even listening to me or looking at the picture and when I laughed like as if it was a joke because it was so fast for the response she stopped me in my tracks. but she was serious and rude about it when she said the only person who does acrylics is on vacation and they dont have time with anyone else. Rude and unprofessional. Dont listen before they speak.
