Highly recommend!! I was referred by an existing customer and the recommendation was spot on! I appreciate their level of customer service. Their front desk staff are very upbeat and always happy to help! I really like that they have multiple appointment times available, even on short notice, and call the day before your appointment to remind you. They also offer a private dressing area with smocks so your blouse isn't affected by whatever service you're having done, and this is in addition to the normal towel & cape used at most salons. I saw D, and his skills are great. He has cut, thinned, and colored my hair. All three times he's not only been patient to hear what I had to say, but done an amazing job!! I will definitely keep going back and recommend everyone I know. I really liked that D wasn't rude or pushy, he really made me feel comfortable. Francisco's is GREAT!! :)

First class service, very attentive, actually listened to me! Dionysio gave me a great color, flattering, and the best cut I ever had!

She left bleach in my hair so long my hair broke off about an inch from the root. Then she charged me for the toner to fix her mistake. She also gave me a conditioning treatment I didn't ask for and charged me for it. To top it off my banger where crooked....it came out to almost $400 for all of this.

I came here for a hair cut one time and an eyebrow wax. Seriously, the girl who waxed my eyebrows left me with no eye brows. I was completely mortified. After she waxed me, she busted out a pencil. I asked her what she was doing and she said: I am going to fill in your eyebrows. I immediately looked in a mirror, jumped out of my chair, paid and left. I had no eye brows. I called the salon and told the manager what happened. That was it! I will never visit this place again.

I don't understand how people can rate this Salon so bad. I have been there for Haircut and Style and was very satisfied. The cut was good and so was the service.
