Short wait. Good service. Nice haircut

This is why I never go to commercial barbershops, some of them can't even talk and cut your hair at the same time without messing up. Went home and fixed my hair myself, didn't even want to ask her to fix it. You're better off going to chop shop or a local mom and pop barbershop

Jose is great - ask for him. The first haircut I received from someone other than Jose is when I made a mistake... Today a lady with blonde hair and a European or Russian accent cut my hair and it's one of the worst haircuts I've ever received. I have had bad haircuts before, I understand this happens sometimes and I even still tip when I receive bad haircuts, but I always tell the stylist politely when I think something is wrong with my haircut so she can try to fix it. After she cut my hair, I told the stylist my hair is shorter than I wanted and asked her to please blend the sides into the top more to modify the entire cut. She responded by arguing with me, saying that I was wrong and that I "don't even understand what a fade means". I told her that it's useless to argue with a paying customer because her tip is dependent upon the customer's satisfaction. She kept rambling about how I was wrong and that I didn't understand what a fade meant. Bottom line: A business should never allow its associates to argue with the customer. I will never be going back to this Supercuts because the associate was arguing with me (a paying customer) after she gave a terrible haircut. I made sure I paid for the haircut but, like I said, I'll never be going back to that haircut place.
