Very upbeat environment, music and bubbly personalities. Esmeralda did a great job on my hair, and I heard the owner,Martha doing a hair consultation and she was very thorough and honest with the client.

I love going to Martha. She's easy to talk to and I always walk out with what I want.

My wife had went there to have her hair styled and her eyebrows waxed. Seriously - I couldn't believe what they had done. You don't have to be a stylist to see these people aren't stylists. A monkey with a hedge trimmer could do better! Uneven layers, chopped/hacked bangs that were cut ridiculously short and will take two months to rectify completely. Her eyebrows looked as if a blind man did them - didn't look anywhere near the same - no symmetry at all. Instead of doing what she asked, they did the complete opposite. Luckily, Kim at Louie B's in Moore Plaza did a great job at fixing this. Hats off to Kim! As for Bella Dona - might want to go somewhere else, unless you like having your hair chopped and trashed.
