MY LETTER TO OWNERSHIP: First off, great stylists but I'm only giving this place 2 stars because there are never enough stylists to handle the 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. drive time crowd. It's crazy. Guess what....this is when you need to be staffed!!! I walked in and right back out tonight. 3 people waiting and 1 stylist. NOT GOOD. If this is the case the next time I go by there for a haircut on my way home from work, it will be my last. I saw three customers turned away last time I was here for the same reason. The waiting area was full and the single stylist couldn't accept more customers before time to close! You're understaffed and the stylist(s) you do have is overworked and stressed as a result. That’s a recipe for disaster! If service improves, I have every intention of revising my review accordingly. Otherwise, I won't be back. I plan to give this place one more try because I really like the convenience of your location and I drive by it every night on my way home from work. Hire more stylists because you're losing business! It's common sense. 07/13/16 Revision: I'm changing my review from 2 to 3 stars based on one thing for now....the owner has reached out to me directly to assure me that they've addressed the lack of stylists problem and wanted to make me aware. This was very refreshing. The owner is very professional and cares about the customers and their experience. I'm looking forward to going back and trying this location out again very soon. I'll post another revision to my review based upon the experience but I'm expecting it'll be MUCH better! I'm hoping that my 3 stars may go up to 5 at that time. 05/31/18 Revision: I'm changing my review from 3 to 4 stars based on my last few visits. The hair stylists have been much more pleasant and in a good mood and I feel the owners are worthy of a 4 star review due to some of the changes I've seen made over the past couple of years. Nice work everyone!

I have taken my two boys to this location ever since we moved to Lantana from NYC and have liked the hair cuts we have received. Would have never written this review but for the fact that I took my boys to the new salon across the street. My boys hated the new place and in fact I had to bring one of them to this Supercuts right after to make his cut look acceptable. Thanks Taylor for helping us out.

We went there twice and came back with very bad experience. The first time we went in the lady at the reception basically yelled at me and my girls saying she is tired and needs a smoke break and it’s horriblly inconvenient for her to accomadate us. Luckily one very kind and young girl realized that this older women in the reception was being crazily rude and came and helped us and gave my daughters good hair cuts Today went in again and hoped we qould not have to encounter the crazy rude lady again. Unfortunately she was there and kept staring at the elder daughter who was waiting for her haircut and asked what she needed. When we told that we are waiting for our turn with the other stylist,she grew angry and kept starung us down. Our stylist, i think her name was sylvie was nice and asked us to ignore her rudeness. I think she has issues with non white clientele and needs to sort our her issues or get out of the service industry. The ownership needs to look this particular lady and deal With her rudeness. She is an absolute horror . I hope she finds her peace in life without trying to make others feel bad.

They cut my sons hair and twice and both times complete failure. That’s not including them trying to fix the frist hair cut. Dissappointed because we live so close to them. My wife didn’t believe they were that bad. That’s why we have the second hair cut. Enter at your own risk.

Check in ahead of time, as there's usually a wait. The stylists take their time and do a great job.
