I brought my daughter in for a cute bob and left with a bowl cut and a swoop bang. When I asked Misty, the stylist, to fix it SHE ARGUED with me and became defensive. She was then argumentative and confrontational with a coworker while customers were in the salon. I have called twice to talk to a manager and Misty refused , or the manager refused, until we come in and show manager the haircut. Seriously? DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE. They are rude, refuse customer service, and provide lousy haircuts. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. It's a cheap place with horrible stylists. I guess you get what you pay for :/

You get what you pay for! Great clips employees don’t know what they are doing. He felt like he was learning on my hair! Messes it up completely. Not coming back here

Debra cut my hair, she did a really good job, kept it quick and friendly. I got my cut at the end of the day so Im sure they were busy the day before Easter. I will say the experience to the facility could be improved if there was a little more training at the computer station. At times 3 stylists were walking each other through the process of checking in a client. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit and I will return.

Wow...I walked in was seated promptly and given a trim. The moment I was seated the hairdressers began to talk badly about customers including a couple of women who were just about to come in. A lot of I don’t wanna touch her and I ain’t doing that I hope they ain’t coming in here Then they spoke of how awful the beauty schools were that they went too The trim was fine the hairdresser ugly bad character will never go back
