Book with Wendy for cut & style! She’s great! Attention to detail, gives you what you want, never been disappointed. Understand that Tony & Guy does their booking differently. If you want someone more experienced then you pay more, if you don’t mind having someone with the company for only a year then you pay less. You also book a different stylist for color than you do for cut & style. Everyone has their expertise!

I had to go somewhere else to fix the mess they did when they did the worse bob ive ever seen in my life and ive worked and partially was raised in the beauty industry and I'm 41. So thats alot of hair cuts.

The five stars go to Dixon, who is fabulous. He used to work in the Plano location, but now he's at the Galleria. He's a master. You know a haircut is good when it grows out even better. I'm a hair salon snob, and he is one of the best, if not the best, stylists I've ever been to.

Worst experience ever. Went to toni n guy for a hair cut with Brian who charges $80 as he is an experienced stylist according to them. There is literally no change in my hair style as if he didn’t even touch my hair. I asked for layers and didn’t want my length too short but that doesn’t mean you dont do anything. He literally cut for 5 mins and started blowdrying. Upon asking will you do more layering? he said yeah a little bit of detailing and softening. Trust me he was just making a fool out of me. Not recommended at all. I wasted my money entirely. No one even knew I had a haircut. Didn’t feel like giving tip but couldn’t be mean. $90 total went to the bin.

We called before to come in there. We got there around 8 but they said we can’t do anything You have to come tomorrow 9:15am It’s worst service when someone called you and make a appointment. So then We went Floyd 99. They took us right in. They did good job too. But as far tony guys whatever people call, it’s worst. Receptionist doesn’t wanna talk to customer for help them out. She was too busy too to close the store at 8:05 pm
