Haircut is fine, but the shop is way understaffed. Don't even bother to use online Check-in.

Ms. Nguyen was exceptional! I told her at the beginning, "You're cutting my hair, you get the final call about preferences. Here are my requirements - short on the sides and back (1 faded to a 1.5 to a 2), 1/2 inch off the top, and a part of the left please" Total time took less than 15min.

Ash was great, very quick and did exactly what I asked for. I'll be back again and again!

I would not go back. The stylist didn't understand what I wanted and kept asking me what I wanted. Then when I would tell her she would try to do what she wanted. When she went to do my edge up on the front part of my hair line she made it into a straight line from my ear to the top of my head. Worst experience that I've ever had. If she couldn't do it she should've said she could. Then when I went to pay she just kept my change and didn't give me the change. She just walked away and gave herself a tip that she thought she deserved.

Excellent haircut by Trang today. It's the best cut I have had in a long time. She was nonstop busy but she took her time and gave me a fantastic haircut. I appreciate people who do that!
