Worst Supercuts I’ve ever experienced. Calling ahead gets you NO WHERE. I called at 5:40 to get a simple neck clean up, walked out at 6:30 after the staff had only finished 2 customers and let another customer who hadn’t checked in but knew one of the stylists cut in front of me. I barely trusted them to clean up my hairline, go to Floyd’s a few more miles down the road. It’s worth it.

Emily does an amazing job at color every time i see her at either Custer or the coit location. My neighbor loved my hair so I brought her up to get highlights and she loved them. She is such a great person and always in the best mood. Thanks again and always

That "gothic lady" aka Emily is THE BEST HAIR STYLIST. I have been going to her for a while and I always come out happy and feeling fabulous... Whenever I go to get my hair done, I have a blast. The Manager April is hilarious and very knowledgeable.

I see why they have such a bad rating. Worst haircut I've ever had, very unprofessional stylist had her kids at the store and was yelling at them constantly to sit down. She was so bad, uneven sideburns count even blend my hair right and she was complaining about another customer in front of everyone because they were to demanding. Stay away from this place that's for sure.

OMG... what a horrifying experience I had twice at this store by the same lady ,who literally seem to have some psychological issue. I went this store few months back and I booked the time over the phone for 2:00pm . I reached at around 1:50 pm for my 9 yrs old hair cut and tgis particular gothic looking lady, told me that I have to wait at least foe 45 mins as I was supposed to come at 1:30 pm and detested that because I live just 5 mins away and would have come earlier if that's what I have booked prior. So after tryi g to convince her,she said she doesn't want any arguments and I can either leave or wait. Well I decided to leave but I told her that it's the worst customer service experience I ever had and in reply she said that I'm the worst customer she ever had and started to make me feel guilty upfront of other customers who were watching tgis whole drama. Next time I complained to the manager ,April, about tgis incident while praising the other lady who usually provided us the services in a gentle manner and has now left the store unfortunately ,most probably because of the bad colleagues she had. Anyways ,I went this evening again and the same gothic girl was there ,that I wasn't willing to get the services done but I didn't have any choice. Rather then fixing my daughters hairstyle, she made a mess of them and constantly kept on commenting that lollipops are only meant for the customer who gets services, when my 3 yrs old picked two from there. I avoid arguing or even replying her bacm, because I didn't want to create a scene for the mere lollipo, but later on her constantly provoking me I had to tell her that next time I'll return a whole bag of lollipops to the store. When she finished giving my daughter the haircut, that I had already paid for,I told her that I'm not satisfied with the bangs that I actually asked her not to cut too short and requested to fix them by making them slightly thicker to hide the smaller ones beneath but to my surprise, she started making fun of me and being sarcastic, saying this is a new kind of hairstyle and I need to take pictures of tgis ,to which I politely said to her, that she just need to do what I have requested rather then being sarcastic. And imagine what she did..... She asked me to leave the store right away and told her manager tgat im fisrespectful to her to which i protested that its the compkete opposite, she asked me to leave the store right now, because hse wouldnt do what im asking her to do and she has the right to refuse. When i refused to do so without getti g the hair fixed ,she called the cops and told them that I'm forcefully making my kids sit in the store and I'm screaming at them and not leaving and they need the help urgently. My kids who are under 10,literally started crying as they were scared but I told them that we will tell the real story to the cops so let them come. In the mean time ,i kept on calling the manager who sitting in the room right infront and to whom i already filed the complaibt about the previous incident but she herself os extremely rude, and was invloved in guiding her employee to create the scene. However, when the police came ,she further added more details to the story that didn't even exist and my jaw dropped on her lies. Police requested me to come out of the store and talk to them if I want but I can't stay inside the store. The moment t I left the store, she started laughing ,and the manager came put all smiling and giggling, they started pointing at me and my kids while cheering on their success and I showed that to the cop as well but he was unable to help me at all, except that he suggested to avoid this store next time after having such experiences and complained at the corporate office, that I don't think will be able to do anything as it's a franchise and if the owner is the same as the manager then she was herself a part of it. My kids are still in a state if shock. What a horrible person and what a nightmare . Think several time before going to this store. I hope their business closes soon. Pic before hair cut😣
