The worst stylist here bleached my hair today! I asked her to get rid of my black in my blonde and my roots! Apparently she doesn’t speak English she colored my hair dark brown and she didn’t even have the knowledge to blow dry straighten it! My hair is so frizzy and it feels so hard! Charged me $124 for a color I didn’t want and couldn’t even style my hair pretty!

This place is disgusting, foul, and terrible. You are warned not to go here, your hair and health will be at risk, it'd just like a sewage in here. GROSS!!!! There are beautiful clean places to get your hair done, this ain't it. I think it is truly the most horrid place in the state i have seen. I can not believe they are proud to have a nasty place like this??? WHO runs these stores cuz they should be FIRED> NOW. I wouldn't send a homeless person in here to get hair done, the shampoo bowls have some kind of weird stuff growing on the back. Sick.

I come here regularly for a great stylist named Meredith. The other stylists seem to have satisfied clients as well!

I called this salon on my way into work today to see what appointment times were open. I called again after arriving to work around 12:10ish to confirm an appointment. I asked for 2:30 and the lady said she had a 2 & 2:30 open. I said I would take the 2 o'clock. I got permission from work to take off at that time and then come back after my hair appointment. I am very busy and really had to sneak time in for this. I show up for my appointment at 2:01pm and the lady is finishing up with her last client. She greets me and apologies says she will be just 5 more min. I smile and say okay and sit down. It is taking longer than 5 min so I step next door after letting the lady know. I come back and she is still not finished. She doest acknowledge me or apologies but just keeps chatting away with the current client. Come 2:30 she wraps up and checks the client out. i walk up and she just looks at me. I ask (just to double check) if she had me at 2:30 or 2pm? she confirmed she had me a 2pm, still no sorry, smile or nothing. I ask her so is this okay? I confirmed my time and was told either time would work. She said she thought someone called me. Which made no sense since she was the one who greeted me and said it was only going to be a 5min delay. I am aggravated and upset now. I wasted my time, lost money for work for trying to do this and now don't even have time to get my hair done! I was polite the whole time. I asked the lady I had been speaking with the whole time if she was the manger. She responded yes and that was all. I was shocked to find out she was the manger, if that was true, what poor behavior and response from a member of management. This is completely unacceptable behavior and would not recommend this place to anyone and feel I am due an apology from the careless "manger"

Went in for a quick shampoo and style today while I waited on my car to be finished down the road. Stephanie was awesome and even taught me a few new tricks to loose curls.
