It’s always one nasty person to ruin your experience. I went there LESS THAN A WEEK AGO and the girls that did my hair was so kind. Yesterday I felt pain and come to find out my braid was coming out. Even though it’s one braid I didn’t know what to do so I called the next morning to see if I can get it fix in the middle of the week since I had an important engagement. Not only did the woman I spoke to didn’t want to help me she talk to me like trash. I spent good money so I expected help. It’s a shame because the girls that actually did my hair was so kind. It’s always one person who is IN CHARGE to ruin it for you. Never again.

I arrived for my appointment at 8am and the ladies started on my hair promptly and I must say I absolutely love my braids. In all the years of getting my hair braided this is fastest shop around. I definitely will be returning.

I scheduled an appt a week ago to walk in this morning at 8:30 saying no one was coming in that could do my hair. Very unprofessional! I've been going here for years. I will not be back. I will not be referring anyone else.
