The worse place to get a haircut.right after the state was gradually open. I have my haircut here with the manager (white man). After I told him how I wanted my hair, he decided to butcher it. It was so uneven, that I had to go to another shot to have it even. If I say I want my sideburns across my ear, it doesn't mean I want you to cut it behind my ears. Never again. Then my friend called yesterday and waiting time was over 2 hour. He asked for the next day which is today, the woman said that at 9am will be open after my friend asked what time they open. We showed up at 9am just to find out that the sign say 10. We went to another one, they cut our hair great! If you can't follow customer direction, people should not cut hair.

Make a 12:30 appointment at 11:00 AM. Go to salon and the stylist says,"Two walk-ins in front of you". Really??? What good is an appointment if you get placed in line when you get there??? Had been going there since it opened. NEVER AGAIN. Don't waste your time booking an appointment with this place.

I've been having my hair trimmed and low lights with Kimberly for years. She is excellent!! Looking forward to going back now that Covid restrictions are lessened!

Crystal was amazing! She gave me layers and trendy curtain bangs. Couldn’t be happier.

We have been coming to this location for years and have had a variety of results, from quality, satisfaction, customer service, overall experience, etc. Today, January 24th was worth a formal review. I was there about 1:45pm and Kimberly-Marie was the young lady that cut the hair of my little boy. She was very friendly, interacted with my son, conversed with me on how best to cut his hair. She did an awesome job cutting his hair and it looks so good!
