I've been going to Lily for the past 5 years. She always does a great job with my layers! After going to several salons, they could never get it just right. The past year, I've had highlights added and some peek-a-boo color. I was nervous because I didn't want to look like a freak of nature. I think Lily did a fabulous job and, to my relief, my husband thought so, too (and my co-workers as well!). I've asked her to make me look 10 years younger. She laughed and said, "Let's try for 5." Great sense of humor and she definitely knows her craft=-) Love ya Lily!

Lily is amazing! She colored my hair for my wedding this past July, and it came out exactly how it wanted it. She is very knowledgeable and has tons of experience. Highly recommend!

Feb 2017 visit I truly wish there was a no stars rating. I went to Lily with amazing hair, healthy, strong shiny and silky smooth hair. 3 1/2 hours later I left with the WORST hair I have ever thought possible. Those youtube fails you've probably seen, yeah that's my hair. Unskilled "professional" First, Lily is RUDE, to her clients and her "assistant". Her shop is stuffy, sloppy and has a crowded work area. A few times my colors were mixed with the lady next to me who was getting highlights. Lily would plop her brush in the wrong color, she had to be told by her assistant that she got brown on the brush which was already applied to the lady's hair. I hope the lady next to me didn't mind the brown mixed in. I went in for an ombre/balayage hair style and came out with a repulsive disaster. Light red brown on top, a dark brown in the middle and FRIED "blonde" hair on the bottom. It was SUPPOSED to be dark to light, don't know what the heck happened. The colors are SO UNEVEN, there are gaps between the changes of Color NO cohesive blending whatsoever. It is splotchy.... super, super dark in some places and barely there in others. Extremely uneven blonde all around and on the right side my hair is completely damaged and fried, my hair is still breaking off almost a month later. My hair was LITERALLY RIPPED OUT out my scalp FROM BRUSHING OUT BLEACHED AND THEN ONLY RINSED TEASED hair, not combing from the bottom up, just ripped straight down taking everything with it. The day after I had sores on my scalp from having my hair ripped out or unsanitary combs and brushes. I watched as they cut the elderly people before me and they used the same tools on me and the lady that came next without disinfecting or switching them completely. This was truly a traumatizing experience. I was so angry and afraid to even go back and complain for fear she'd want to "remedy" the horrible damage she caused, only to cause more. I am writing this review almost a month later, I tried to give it time to see if it would bounce back, maybe it was just the way it went with having your hair dyed, I haven't had my hair colored very often. I tried everything under the sun to repair my hair, to re- strengthen it put the shine and smooth texture back into it only to have to end up cutting off over 4 INCHES. Save yourself the time, trauma and $$ and go to a REAL PROFESSIONAL who knows what they are doing and how to care for your hair. You can not undo what is done.
