Hit or miss. I got one really bad haircut here once and never tried them again, but my 2 year old usually gets a pretty good haircut. I take him here for convenience only, and if you sign up with them they will send you a coupon for a $7.99 haircut every now and then. If you do decide to go, I advise you check-in online, because they are usually very busy.

This place probably has a few good stylist but my experience was horrific. I went in to get a trim on a pixie cut I was growing out. If any of you ladies have grown out a pixie cut you know my pain. I had at least 3-4 inches of hair grown and asked for Yoni to leave the length and give it shape. She not only chopped off all my length but gave me a horrifying hair cut. It was a mix between a chili-bowl and a mullet. I also explained that I was going to family wedding and needed it to just have a little style. She ruined my hair and I was devastated; i actually cried for hours over it. Normally I say its just hair but I had spent months growing out the little hair I had and had an important event to attend so it was more than just hair to me on this day and I was very specific about what I wanted. I ended up spending 500 dollars to have extensions put in so I could feel confident again and attend the wedding. Because my hair was cut so short the extension were put in on top of my head and could be seen if the wind blew; humiliating. After the wedding the extensions were taken out... and I spent another 120 dollars or so having the extensions removed and my hair trimmed back into a pixie. I am now in the mist of growing my hair out again and even though some time has passed I am still traumatized by it. The corporate office of Great Clips did contact me but did nothing. They offered for me to come in and have it fixed except there was no hair left to fix...she cut it all off. I got nothing from them except a phobia of getting my hair cut. I still wont let anyone touch my hair and likely wont for a long time... mullet or no mullet. I hate this great clips and will never return. If you do go I suggest you stay away from Yoni...shes likely do the exact opposite of what you ask.

I've been getting my haircut at this Great Clips for several years now and have always had a great experience each time I've been there. The staff is always professional and courteous to their clients. In particular, Kathy Le is an excellent stylist. She's one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this location. She is very personable with all of her clients and is quick to smile and share a laugh with her clients and co-workers. She is an added value to the very affordable prices Great Clips charges. If you are looking for a great haircut at a very reasonable price, Great Clips is the place you are looking for and Kathy is the person you need to see!

Great experience every time I go get my hair done. Kathy Le is awesome and very professional. Been getting my hair done with her for years and she is great. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of her professionalism and the shop is always Super clean. I was there today and Kathy always does a great job getting my hair looking sharp!
