Today was my first visit to this salon and definitely my last. I wear Brazilian knot extensions, I have worn these for years so I would think I know how I have managed my hair. I requested a wash, roller brush blow dry and flat iron. I was rudely informed by Sally the ghetto owner, I had to go under the dryer. I even asked if she would be on with me going under the dryer without rollers to dry my roots since this was her concern supposedly. Not according to Sally the only way my hair could be done is if I have a roller set. Instead of continue engaging with a fool and I simply asked to pay for the shampoo, and I left this Salon with a wet head. So much for customer service.

la Familia. The very best hair stylist on the planet. She truly cares about your hair, and maintaining healthy hair. She has an in-depth knowledge of the right products to use to have healthy hair. She respects on customers time, and goes over and beyond to ensure you are not spending the day at the salon. Everything Good in one package.

I took my daughter here for just a blow out and waited almost an hour before they took her back. We have been here for 4 hours and 30 minutes and still waiting on them to finish. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never come back here again! EVER
