I normally dont go to chain hair salons because I am never happy with the results, but my friend always sees Katie and gets amazing results. Unfortunately, when I went in, she was busy, so I got someone else. I'm not super picky when it comes to my hair, because it grows pretty fast, but the cut looks like my 4 year old did it. My mom even asked me "what happened to your hair?" I'm really disappointed with the job that was done. In the store, I assume it was just because my hair wasnt styled, but its just not cut correctly. Guess I wont be using chains anymore

LOVE THIS PLACE! I was nervous as I don’t have a regular stylist I go to. I have been wanting an undercut. Also I wanted my long hair to be short and platinum blonde. Katie at fantastic sams was completely confident when I said I wanted an undercut. She even put a design in for me! She also had my hair platinum blonde the first time! Love Katie and will only use Fantastic Sams from now on.

Jolee was amazing!!!! I got there at 5:15 looking for a cut and color. She worked her magic and was very precise! It took longer than thought but she never seemed to rush. Very good conversation, extremely pleasant, prices are awesome and the salon looks very professional. Loved the service. I will be going there from now on!!! Here are before pics at the salon and after at home. My husband loved my hair!!!!

Went there yesterday. First, they were slow there and bored so they were doing each other’s hair. Fine. But they wanted me to wait 30 mins for them to finish. I brought three kids 6 and under, so asked if they could just do the two boys quickly. So they agreed, but already I was annoyed. Then the girl cut my two year old’s ear. I hear him sobbing and I go over to him and I see he’s bleeding! The hair stylist says “oh, did I nick you?’ How did she NOT notice? This was not a nick. It was a v-shaped cut, so she CLOSED the scissors on his ear. I usually would have been shouting but I was more concerned about my kid that wouldn’t stop bleeding. Literally blood was in his hair and on his clothes. I had been cutting his hair but he wanted to be big like his older brother. Now he probably won’t want to get a haircut ever again. To make matters worse, both girls kept acting like this happens all of the time! ‘We went through so many bandaids.’ I’ve never had it happen. And I could understand a nick, not a full on cut. I would cut myself over them (there are ways to ensure you don’t cut someone with scissors) and she blamed him for moving. He was sitting really still (he doesn’t sit that still when I cut his hair!) The ladies that worked there were apologetic and friendly, but I won’t be back. I would avoid this place if you have children. Oh and also, I paid full price for the haircuts! I was just ready to get out of there and so stressed about my kid but I am angry that I didn’t say more. It was an accident and they apologized but really should NOT have happened!!!
