Patricia was amazing! She was so clean and all her tools were sanitary. She is very thorough and careful during procedure and listens to what I want! She is results driven and my face feels so soft the next day. I recommend her for your skin treatment needs.

I got my brows done at Free Spirit Beauty, suite #116, with Erica. I'm so happy with the results, and the prices are very reasonable! I'll be back for sure.

My daughter and I go here and see Marni. She does great cuts and highlights and specializes in all hair types. Very sweet and professional. We love her!!

Wes McGowan Suite #117 Hair Stylist Wes McGowan has been shaping, styling and coloring my hair for many years. He is an expert in his chosen field. He knows instinctively what is the most appropriate and becoming haircut/style for both men and women. I have told him on more than one occasion that, were he to move to China, I would move to find a way to follow him there for my monthly hair appointments! Truly, he is The Best!

While the stylists may be great, this facility is out of control. I just called to try to get an appointment, not only was the poor woman coughing her brains out but she kept calling me a “walk in” when trying to make an appointment tonight. I have ZERO clue what a company is doing when they don’t have an internal system on their website for each franchise to allow or enable scheduling for each stylist. If I could give any recommendations it wouldn’t be to have some woman - coughing so hard she had to say excuse me for me a moment, only to claim she had “allergies.” Honestly, I felt sorry for her and I had to politely decline after she said she would have to go to each, individual room, only to ask EACH stylist if they’re available (and even then she has no way to schedule)? For as little as I needed done before my husband and I fly out of town tomorrow, that was one of the CRAZIEST experiences I have ever had trying to schedule anything.
