Summer is great! She listens and gives a quality experience. I've been one of her clients for over a year now, and I enjoy seeing her every 2 weeks at The Boardroom.

The stylists are very good. However, the management and organization are terrible: I arrived at 9:45 for a 10;00 appointment. After sitting waiting for 25 minutes (10:10), I was told the stylist wasn't going to be in that day, and there were no other appointments. So, I went all the way home in the storm, and when I received my next appointment for another day it said: "If you give less than four hours notice of cancelling, you are liable for the whole charge !!!" When I questioned - "So, why don't I get a full refund" they said we don't do that !!!!!! I'm going to another establishment now . Marissa, Thank you for responding to my Google one-star rating. Yes, I received a $10 discount on the appointment. That was in return for my driving 30 minutes each way in a thunderstorm and waiting 25 minutes in the Boardroom I donâ€™t remember being offered a complimentary Benchmark, but since I am never returning, it is irrelevant ! $10 is small compensation for my time and driving ? I think you should have a system whereby when a stylist canâ€™t make it in to work, there should be a number to call so that all the clients that are scheduled that day can be informed. In my case, I would have liked to know at home by 9:00 AM. Clearly, you have no such system. If you ask her, Fernanda will say she lost one of her best customers ! Not only that, everyone that I have told so far thinks that what you did was completely unacceptable. A full refund of $45 was the least you could do. I will continue to spread the news to all my male aquaitances "Stay away from the Boardroom !!"

Shannon has been cutting my hair for awhile now, only she knows what that truly means. (I used to be a once a quarter maybe haircut guy) she remembered issues with my hair and how it would lye. If I wanted it the same way as last time I would not have to something different she would always seem to nail it. I went through a period where before I landed on Shannon I was with my previous cosmetologist for a few years. This location is a great location.
