I guess during the weekdays this location uses the B list salon people. They only have 2 people and they are slow. Why have a salon with 10 booths but only have 2 people working it. Usually I am in and out of this location pretty quick this is insane 15 minutes and they are still working on the 2 same people. Also they had a guy that checked in online and it didn't go though the system yet he showed them that he did check in. The salon lady just said the computer doesn't lie how pathetic is that. These people don't care about their job and they move very slowly. I would avoid this location till it's properly staffed and when they have employees that care about their job.

Today was super busy for vanessa and crystal and they still did a great job. Vanessa cut my hair and crystal did my son. These lady's were awesome! I will be here again soon thank you!

I don't know how or why I keep giving this place a chance, multiple times with different "stylists" they have messed up my hair. I tried to look past the 2 times of time they messed my hair up and at least the first time they didn't charge me for messing up my hair. This last time they messed my hair up tall slim black girl. Didn't explain what she was going to do just assumed what I wanted and started d butchering my hair. Then blames me for not knowing what I wanted. Still charged me for this jacked up hair cut and now I have to go to another shop to fix it. This will be the last time I will ever go to this place. Do yourself a favor go to a real place that actually invests in real stylists.
