Flew in for a fun weekend in Dallas and decided to go to Blo in Irvine. I met Gegii, who has such a fun personality! She is an amazing blow out stylist and made my day! I love my curls! Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Showed up as a walk in at the Las Colinas location at 6, they’re open until 7, and was turned away. Two stylists were almost finished with “their last client” and the third stylist was leaving. Tried to book appointment online earlier but booking tool wouldn’t work. I’ll find another place. Frustrating....better have appointment before trying this location.

My first visit to Blo Dry Bar was great. I needed to get my hair done for a wedding. They offered me water while I waited to get my hair done. Uri (sp?) was my hair stylist and she did a great job! She helped me decide what style to do. She knew I was on a time constraint, so she finished doing my hair at a reasonable time. Also, it was raining when I left, so she took the time to walk me to my car with a umbrella. I would recommend this place to everyone. Happy with my customer service!

I have long thick hair, it's never dyed and I'm concious about not over working it. My curls started falling immediately. It looks nice, but honestly I do a better job myself. The curls aren't uniform throughout and I don't feel like there's any additional volume from how I normally do my hair. It's ok if I were going straight to an event from that place, but I'm going to need to touch up if I go anywhere tonight. I just don't think it's worth the price. It was my first time to a dry bar period, and I have heard stories about how hair styles are supposed to last for at least a few days, but this one won't. I will be lucky if it last a couple hours. I'm definitely not going back.

I had book an appointment for Friday March 9th 2018 at 6:15 pm. I got there around 6pm they told me the stylist that was going to take care of me didn't show up to work today. I understand this type of situation happens but the least the manager could have done was call and let me know before hand. I had a flight to catch and I couldn't get my hair done for your lack of professionalism. This would have been my third time at this location and you could have had a loyal customer.
