Ashtyn works miracles with curly hair. Best haircut and style my teen has ever had. Ashtyn took her time with my teen's hair and asked tons of questions about her style routine, products and preferences. Ashtyn has a customer for life.

I always leave satisfied and feeling beautiful. I have never had a bad experience and the entire staff is so nice andaccommodating! Love this salon!

I had booked an appointment for the stylist I won’t name because it’s clearly not her fault. Anyway I made an appointment. Had my partner take off work to take me. I go to the front desk. Mind you the salon is full of women sitting and waiting on appointments I guess. I get to the front desk to tell them I’m here for my appointment. The lady ( she looked Hispanic) I could be wrong.. starts to say we called you and told you she was sick, I don’t know why you’re would come in. I tell her I didn’t receive a voicemail. She continues to have an attitude like I’m lying. We called and left you a message. I look dumbfounded and continue to tell her I didn’t get a message. So she has this attitude like I’m lying or idk what her problem was. So I can tell everyone in that packed salon is looking at me. Mind you I came with a full blowout so my natural hair looked a mess while the lady at the front desk is loud and rude. So my partner notices the tone and everyone’s faces and comes to the desk.. I finally ask did they have the right number. They repeat my old number from 2-3 years prior to me and I tell them I no longer own that phone or number. I would think a salon that charge what they charge would make sure everything is updated and correct. She really didn’t care to offer a genuine apology. I was mortified when I left and although I really wanted to visit the stylist time and time again after that I will NEVER go back to that salon due to the amount of embarrassment I experienced. Sucks because she’s a great colorist. :)

If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I was a client at this salon for a few months and tipped my hairstylist very well each time. I decided to switch up my highlight color from dark brown with caramel highlights to red/copper highlights for Fall. I asked Leighanne (the owner) to add the new color, she was my stylist at the time. When I was done with my appointment, my base came out pitch black with dark violet highlights. I couldn't believe my eyes, I was so disappointed... Not only was this nothing closer to the picture I had shown her, but I had to get my hair re-bleached (which is horrible for hair health) just so that I wouldn't have dark witchy hair. The worst part is that when I called Leighanne to tell her I was disappointed, she refused to take responsibility to fix the color, and did not even give me a refund. I walked out of this salon with dark, damaged, witchy hair, and had to pay an extra $300 for a color correction at another salon after spending $300 at FORM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT GO TO THIS SALON!

I went here a few times for balayage and the color came out great. I switched to doing full blonde highlights and never thought it was worth the money. The last time I went, I came out with yellowish roots compared to the rest of my hair and purple in many places where they had tried to tone out the yellow unsuccessfully. Also, I once had to change my appointment less than 24 hours in advance and was charged a hefty fee for canceling. Like many other salons, this salon's staff always does better work if you can come in when it isn't busy. So for the price you pay here, I don't recommend it. I need to count on my hair coming out right every time for $275 for color without a cut or blow dry.
