This has been my neighborhood location for many years and the staff has always been pleasant. A decent cut in a timely manner is consistently not a problem. I will say though if you like a style more than a few inches worth of hair I would go to a higher end stylist. This place is good for short conservative styles.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have went to this place on three different occasions and they managed to screw my hair up all three times! I went in to get my bangs trimmed up and they aren't even, they are jagged and they are WAY too short. One of the associates was trying to show the others something on the computer and I felt like it was rushed which is why they did a terrible job. Pay the extra for a REAL stylist. Go somewhere else.

I would not give a single star if not required for this posting. Horrific experience of bad service, bad haircut and then an attempted rip off. Guy there started razoring my hair without even asking what I wanted. Never took his winter coat off and after screwing up....wrapped it up in two minutes and showed me the door. Haircut was terrible and I added only a $2 dollar tip for a $15 haircut...then I find a $20 charge on my debit card. In other words, this guy added $3 additional tip on his own. This is called theft. It took several combative calls with the corporate office (who bugged out saying it was not their problem) and with the manager - who finally agreed to credit my account the lousy $3 dollar difference -which after 4 days has yet to appear in my account. I will never go there again - if YOU do - keep your receipt or pay in cash. Finally, this company needs to stop this obsessive badgering of waiting customers for their phone number. If I don't want to give you my phone number - that should be the end of it. It's just a quick $15 haircut and I don't feel a need to share my personal information for a simple haircut - especially BAD haircuts.

The app is a big help to avoid long wait.

The person who cuts my hair is very good & under paid; hope she stays. I've had below average people work on me. It's hit or miss there.
