They are always ready to get those heads done! I got 2 feed in braids 3 times in a row, and each time someone different did them. Been satisfied each time!!

I had a fabulous time with my Loctician, Kenya!! Every Beautician does beautiful work here!! They also have an African Boutique conjoined within the Salon and I had a wonderful experience with the ladies, each one helping me with fitting for some beautiful garments. It was like being fitted, tailor-made style 💋 No one is perfect but I must say, the Serenity here is very present and greatly appreciated 🙌🏾so Ladies put your favorite color💄on, take your lovely 👒off and get styled by one of these hard working sisters so your hair can ROCK the 🌍🌎🌏and look beautiful underneath your breathtaking👑

They messed up my hair. I asked for Jumbo triangle braids and they had two people working on my hair. My braids were all different sizes. And they said they could not fix it because they use too much hair. They charge me over $160 and my hair looked terrible. I would have been better off getting it done at someone's house. You can tell they rush through it. It was just sad I will never go back

I had a 9a.m. appointment on 11/11/17 for kinky twists. When I️ arrived I️ was told that they didn’t have the hair color that I️ wanted and was told to go to the beauty supply store across the street from them. Asked what kind of hair to purchase and was told any braid hair just as long as it’s a #27 and #24(4 bags). Came back to the salon and ask if the right hair was purchase and was told yes this will be fine. My hair is course it was not blended AT ALL and was trimmed very unevenly. The owner did come to the shop and try to personally correct it and cover my hair but it was just horrible job done for $180. Never again.
