A wonderful Salon. Run well, clean, and made sure I was comfortable. I was referred to Shauna from my regular hairstylist. Shauna did an amazing job. I was nervous to color my hair, as it was dark brown almost black naturally. She was honest and upfront about the lightening process and that results vary based on each persons hair type, etc. She listened to what I wanted and she livened up my hair by doing a Balayage on me with layers cut into it. Love it! Wouldn’t trust anyone else to color my hair.

I never thought I would ever find a hair color that suits me but Effie did an amazing job matching a hair color to suit my skin tone. The whole process took a very long time and Effie took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She explained every step and made me feel very comfortable! Effie is a hair genius!!

Must Read ‼️ I am one who NEVER writes reviews. But YOUR salon really disappointed me, and I mean not in a good way ... let’s start by saying I watched the personal interviews of the stylist. I watched the interview of Lacey Bennett and felt like she was a perfect fit for me. She described herself in her video interview how she was passionate about lifting and toning blondes. I am new to Dallas and have been searching for a great salon. So I called to make an appointment and I was told that Lacey always does consultations first. I was totally fine with the consultation thinking I would invest the time and wait to get my hair done right. Well my consultation was for a whole week later. Lacy & I went over my hair for about 30 minutes. I asked Lacy when she could fit me in her schedule, so I could have an appointment with her. We proceeded to walk to the front desk and she told me that she would CALL me and give me my appointment date & time. At first I found that a little strange and odd but then again I was thinking things might be done differently in Dallas and I needed to be patient. To make this long story really short Lacey NEVER EVER called me. ...I was so disappointed and I tried not to take it personal. I wish that she had just been professional enough to tell me she didn’t want to do my hair instead of leading me on. So two weeks later I made an appointment at the FORM SALON and I love my hair. I’m getting tons of compliments on it...thanks to “The Form “ I also have been told by several people in the salon business in Dallas that it’s not normal for a client to have to wait for a phone just to get their appointment. Please tell Lacey she should NEVER let a Potential client leave without making their appointment first. She at least she should be honest & up front with people who take time to come in for their consultation. To the owner : this doesn’t help your salon if she continues to be Rude. You have a beautiful salon and I’m very disappointed it didn’t work out ....you were on vacation when I came in. I tried to reach out to you several times, but I think the guy who answers the phone is protecting Lacey and is not giving you all my messages. Good Luck ‼️ Diana Livingston
