Great haircut! Cozy atmosphere! Has that comfortable and welcoming feel like you've been getting your haircut there all your life!

This place is amazing!! Krystal did an awesome job and made my daughter and I look and feel like a million bucks. It was my first time at the salon, and everyone their was super friendly and helpful.

Massage - Stacie Person I tried to schedule an appointment, and was told the first availability was a month out. I was given a gift card from a family member and had heard good things so I was completely fine with the wait. After waiting a month, the night before my appointment she canceled saying she would need to reschedule. No apology, no offering an alternate appointment date. Frustrating, but okay. THEN when I followed up and asked for some different appointment times she’s completely ghosted me, never to be heard from again. I returned the gift card back to the person who gifted it to me, hoping they would have more luck and at least get something for the money they had spent. I’m trying a different masseuse in the area who, hopefully, treats paying customers better and not like an inconvenience. Poor customer service, disappointing experience.

Jessica Smith with Divine Salon did my hair extensions. She used less than one bundle of hair for my head, which was not enough hair for my head. She over-charged me and lied to me about having experience in hair extensions. After almost 8 hours total over two days, she managed to get most of the one bundle of hair in. It looked TERRIBLE. I looked like I had a mullet. I reached out to her several times to attempt to get her to do something about this or refund a portion of my money. She refused. I reached out to the owner Ashley several different times and received no response. My hair extensions were falling out within 6 hours after having them put in. This is the worst salon. Don't waste your money or your time.
