It's a crapshoot going somewhere new when out of town but needed a haircut badly. Checked-in through the app and was seen straight away by Marianne. One of the best cuts I've ever had. Even used the straight razor on my neck. Very pleased with the whole thing. Better than the Great Clips I go to in Denver. Nice work Marianne!

I went in to get my hair cut because I had a coupon. Marianne cut my hair, and it was cut to my satisfaction, however, I am not giving a five star rating because she was very rude, no customer service skills at all! I do appreciate her not messing my hair up though, but she was rough and moving my head around a lot. She also got hair on me since she moved the drape to replace it with a new one, so I had to head home and shower right after. I will probably not come back to this location because of her rude behavior. I did give her a tip anyway for the hair cut.

This place absolutely needs better training or new people. I get it, people have day jobs and are there just to make money, but these people don't even pretend they like coming to work or even have been trained to work in a Salon. Honestly I was going to Sports clips right across the highway where I usually go and they we're unfortunately full. I Usually trust myself with a fade but I needed someone else to get the back for me since no one was able to help. First of all, Marianne completely butchered and rushed the nice man's haircut in front of me. She recommends to her customers what is easiest to do not what they ask for or are looking for. Furthest from what is even best for them. Secondly, she quickly rushed him to get checked and just kept giving me looks as if I was not welcome there and I'm just another customer taking her up her precious time. I should have left as soon as she put me in the chair from the previous man with his hair still on the floor uncleaned and was probably still on the chair. Personally I feel that it is just disguting and wonder if this is permissible in such a business. I have priorities tonight so I shrugged it off and continued to give the benefit of the doubt. She asked what I wanted which was such an easy job which is a fade from 2-4 on the sides and back. Nothing special like a line or trimming anything from a top, nothing but a quick buzz job around the sides. This lady literally had the clipper sideways 80% of the time for a fade??? You don't have to be a professional to at least read the instruction manual for even a buzzcut or a fade. Knowing some basic salon knowledge you're supposed to put a slight pressure on the clipper angled straight to the ceiling so the guard does its job for the buzz and at the end taper it off so that the fade is even. I am honestly shocked that such a person would be allowed to work if you aren't capable of doing the basic necessities of job such as the fundamentals of clipping. Alright needless to say even after this I continued the process since I'm sitting here getting my head drilled in by a sideways clipper with excessive force since she was acting as she was forcefully slaving away to give me a fade. For the more difficult part I should've have just stopped her since that was a mess but for the edging. Out right horrible. Symmetry wasn't even close to the what she was thinking. Probably thinking about when she's gonna get done with my hair so she can leave or do nothing. As every one knows you're supposed to edge around the ears with a clean curve. There is legitimately a straight line behind my right ear pictures to come soon. Okay most people at this point would just freak, but you know what hair grows back quickly so I thought it is fine since I'll just fix it in a few weeks but I haven't even got to the kicker yet. After the haircut I didn't get asked for any extra services I would like so missed the upsell already right there. There was no styling and she didn't even clean up after her own mess. She didn't wipe off any of the hairs around my neck after she removed the cover and paper towel. Here is the best part. She used the blow dryer to blow all of the hair from everywhere down to floor. Okay weird at best . Then she starts using a handheld blow dryer mind you, to blow all the hair around the area somewhere else. Literally blow dryed the floor for a good 5 minutes. 5 minutes may not seem like a long time but if you time it and go through what I did it seemed like an eternity of hell. Then the same as the previous gentleman, I got rushed to the counter and rushed to check out and then she just stared at me as I walked out. My money back wouldn't even be close to handling this experience. I am truly disappointed that this is allowed in a franchise. I honestly didn't want to make a scene and held my disappointment in because I hate people that make a scene in a place of work, but man do yourself a favor guys, until this place gets new management/workers/trainers/owners, steer clear view away from this place.

I have been using great clips for more than one year but never ruined my haircut any place. But this guy is very fast and didn’t done anything. He was very rude with me. He doesn’t asked me anything. He just did and went to cashier counter for taking my money.

AVOID!!!! The only part she (Sima),got right was the shampoo!! My haircut is about as simple as it gets, all one length, except a side swept bang. I explained that my side swept bang should end at my eyeline (not eyebrow) when dry. Not only was she very rough when brushing my hair, she then grabbed a huge hunk of my hair and cuts it at the eyebrow! I said "whoa, that's not right" she snottily replied "the only way you can have face framing bangs is to have it frame the face!" I said "I didn't ask for face framing bangs, I have a sideswept bang". She then randomly cut another section, thereby forcing my hair into the haircut she wanted. I started to say stop everything and she said "OK, OK, I'll just trim your length in the back by a inch (I'd asked for 2 inches to be cut) and I'll fix them". She then proceeded to practically yank me bald-headed. Of course, there is no way to fix a bang that you cut completely wrong, other than time! They will have to regrow to be corrected. I'm so disappointed. I will definitely avoid this place in the future!
