The elderly lady was extremely rude since the beginning! I was keeping quiet but couldn’t tolerate her rudeness after a point. I said I don’t want the haircut and walked out of the place. It clearly seemed like an act of racism. Never visiting the salon again

Worst haircut in my life. When I left the place, it looked presentable. After coming home, I realized she did not cut evenly at all. There are lot of places where it’s not even touched. They seem to be competition on who cuts fastest and worst.

The hair stylist has messed up my kid hair. They need to hair experts. They could not load my Profile with my number and they are arguing. Have been going to great-clips for years and still they have flaw in the system.

Can’t remember the name, but was an older lady. The whole time I’m getting my haircut she’s telling me about all the people lately complaining to her about how their haircut doesn’t look how they wanted, and she proceeded to tell me they were all crazy and she’s a professional at what she does. She cut my hair in literally 8 mins and is the worst haircut I’ve ever received in my life. Would not recommend this place to anyone. None of it is cut evenly or straight AT ALL

The best customer service I have ever had at any hairstyling location. Quy, Miranda and Lita are very friendly, patient , attentive and 5 star all the way in their profession..
