Wanted my hair cut so I stopped here told the girl that I wanted my hair cut short on top and the length to above my shoulder she got the length right but wouldn't cut the top of my hair short because as she said my hair was to thin was not happy let them know it too would not recommend this place to anyone prices are high ended up going across to street to GREAT clips and the girl over there fixed my hair the way I wanted it she said a lot of people have told her same thing that red oak salon messes up theory hair and they will go over to GREAT clips for them to fix.

Terrible hair cut. I came in wanting a trim, my hair was well under my breast. I asked they hair dresser to trim no more than half an inch. I pulled up a picture on my phone to give her an example on the desired length. She agreed to it and beforehand I knew it she had cut everything off. I left their with my hair to my shoulder and excessively thinned out. I the client requested a trim and came out with close to no hair. I am devestated and angry, I look like a man. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. she ignored my wishes and did as she Pleased. ENTER THIS SALON AT YOUR OWN RISK.
