I had the best experience at this salon!!! Zuzana completely changed my hair for me from a a color that was drab and monotone to everything I was wanting and MORE! She is AMAZING!!! Everyone in the salon is helpful and friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone I know, especially those who have had a bad color experience that needs to be corrected 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

David (for haircutting) and Bamal (for color) were beyond kind to me! I went in bored with my super long hair and came out with an amazing fresh look that everyone has been non-stop complimenting! They are highly professional at this establishment and worth their pricing.

I called ahead to see if they had someone who is a wiz at cutting fine straight hair with a razor and I thought I would get my semipermanent color freshened up too. They insisted on doing my color first and I told the colorist I didn't want to do the roots (I want my few grey hairs to show) just color the bleached, faded-color ends to match them. Well, before I knew it she'd slathered my roots with color and tried to make it okay by pointing out it was only semipermanent. I also had two small strips of purple which she foiled (no bleaching, just a second semipermanent color). Then the stylist turned out to be EXTREMELY young and to have kinky-curly hair texture herself, which made me a little doubtful that she could razor cut my fine, stick-straight hair. She barely glanced at the photo I showed her and didn't touch my hair at all before it was wet. On talking about it with her, she seemed completely not confident about it, and said some things about how she'd do it that told me she had no idea how straight, thick, baby-fine hair acts. She finally admitted that she had never razor cut fine straight hair before and I complained to the manager, who tried to convince me that she knew what she was doing and I didn't need a razor cut anyway (I've had this exact same haircut 3 times). Finally he told her just to blow it dry and let me go. Sticker shock at the counter! $135 for a semipermanent color and redoing two small foils! I was so disappointed and felt like I had been ripped off and gotten almost nothing for my money.
