My son and me went in to get haircuts. The stylist Cecilia hard an issue finding us in the computer to begin with. Once she got my son checked in she had him go back to her chair so that she could cut his hair. After she went back with him there was another stylist sitting in her chair. I asked about my haircut. She said that she (talking about Cecilia) and would take care of. Now here is where I get really pissed off. There was 5 people in the waiting list and my name was listed. Just a few minutes later 3 people enter and the stylist that told me that Cecilia would take care of my cut called one the guest back. Another stylist came up and called another guest back. At one time there was 9 of us including me sitting in the lobby waiting and I know there was over 12 people on the wait list. There was at least 4 stylist cutting hair. When Cecelia was done with my son's haircut the wait for me was over 25 minutes to get a cut. Why should i have to wait when i was like the 4th person to enter the doors and at least 3 exited and 10+ entered after i did. I WILL NOT RETURNING TO GREAT CLIPS. WORSE SERVICE I HAVE SEEN AND RECEIVED SINCE MOVONG TO TEXAS.

Extremely unprofessional and rude, to begin with took lot of time for registration, my little one was little reluctant to getting a hair cut to which staff member said "okay, go get your hair cut from your mom". How can you hire such employees, who does not how to deal with customers????? one of the worst customer service. I wish there is negative star..

I can't say enough great things about Anahita. I have really long hair and in the front it's layered and cut into which she calls zig zag she is the only stylist that I have gone to since I moved to the area and I am there every 6 weeks. Once I was stuck on business in Florida and they completely screwed up my hair is was completely lopsided. Of course Anahita was able to fix it she is amazing. I will never go to anyone else. She is also sometimes at the Plano location so make sure you ask for her.

My son has gotten his haircut here for the last 6 years. Over time, the style has changed, but I am so thankful that they keep notes of what they did on the last visit...if not, I’d be in serious trouble!?!? We used to not look forward to going because of the wait, but now with the online check-in, there’s no wait time at all!!!
