Went here last week to get a deep conditioning done to my hair (: I was extremely pleased with the results. I moved here from dc about a month ago and I’ve been searching for a permanent place to get my hair done and i have finally found it !!!! I’m in love with this salon

Worst experience ever trimmed off all my hair. Careful guys, make sure they can get the style you show.

I went to Walmart a few days before Christmas and figured I'd get my haircut while I was there. I had been to the Smart Style at this Walmart a few times before and had a wonderful experience. Not so with this visit. I walked in and the stylist was sitting in the chair on her phone - that part didn't bother me as the shop was clean and there was no one getting anything done so she had some time to herself. The rest of the interaction is what bothered me. Once she saw me, she stared at me seemingly confused as to why I was there. I asked if I could get a haircut. She got off the chair and rolled her eyes hard. She got to the register, sighed very loudly, then sharply asked for my first and last name. I then told her never mind and with that attitude I'm not letting you anywhere near my head with scissors. After shopping at Walmart, I went to the Fantastic Sams in the same parking lot. They had no one in either yet both ladies there greeted me with a big welcome as soon as my foot entered the shop. I will never visit the Smart Style again as Fantastic Sams will be my go-to.
