One of the worst things that can happen to anyone with long hair, or just hair. 2 years ago my wonderful husband got me a gift certificate to this salon. I decided I would get a spiral perm. As uncomfortable as it is to sit in the chair for an hour or so. I was still excited about it. Everyone was nice and attentive, just what you would expect. With all that being said, it came time to take my rollers out. As far as I knew everything was fine, and I liked the perm. When it came time for me to wash it, I felt something odd on the back of my head. Like a smooth surface, then I asked my husband to look and tell me what he saw. Apparently a perm roller had caused a bald spot in the back of my head, the bald spot was about 3' round in diameter. So I lost an entire roller full of hair. I could not believe it. You know they saw what they had done, you know they talked about it after I left. Still no one ever called me about their mishap. So so disappointed.

I have been getting my hair done here for almost 4 years.. I always feel welcome the staff is very nice.. the receptionist always has a smile on her face.. but above all they always take great care of my hair. I have had Vivian do my hair every time.. she always takes care of my hair with the most professional touch... her work speaks for itself..I've never been disappointed... the offer massages as well... this spa is simply a gem in waxahachie.....

Mary Kate gets it right every time no matter what crazy idea I bring her. The place is very chic and beautiful. Jamie, the amazing receptionist, makes you welcome as soon as you walk in.
