They have a lot of good brand name products. The place is great atmosphere and super clean. They offered a complimentary drink. The staffs are friendly and very talent. It becomes One of my favorite salons now. 5 stars.

They were amazing. So nice, hair looks great. Great stylists that take time to do it right and make sure they understand what you want. And we went through designs finding things we liked vs what her skill level was so end result was great.

Went in for a perm and we decided on an amount of curl and that I wanted a spiral perm. Alexa rolled my hair with rods going horizontal and not vertical. The perm solution was left on for 20-25 min, she checked the curl often. I couldn’t believe how little curl there was. She mentioned she was a jr hairdresser when she was almost done rolling my hair. I was disappointed no one mentioned that detail to begin with. Her customer service was great, her skill level lacked and with what seemed like no guidance. Perhaps the more seasoned hairdressers are more expensive but my “spiral” perm that was not rolled as a spiral done by a jr hairdresser was $112 for shoulder-length hair. I did get some body which was very important but no curl, only little bumps. Haircut was $48 and she was afraid to comb my hair to the extent necessary to cut it at the time of the perm and suggested I come back several days later. I went to this salon due to the 5 star ratings, I did not have a 5 star experience.

I called for a last minute appt on Saturday - never having been here before. Alexa had an opening and I am really glad she did! She asked me a bunch of questions about how I wanted it cut, how much off, what my routine was, how I liked to style it, etc. Although I am pretty boring and didn't have any exciting answers, I could see how that would be very comforting to many people; that your stylist understands you and your hair! After a pre-wash cut and a wash (built into the price!), she did a beautiful and very thorough cut and layer. We also talked about hair upkeep and different products that she likes. She mentioned and recommended a few that she thought would be good for me, but was not at all pushy about it. Finished up with a blow dry and style (also built into cost) and made sure I liked it - which I definitely did! Checking out, I did end up purchasing a couple products and Alexa and the spa manager (whose name I forget, sorry!) walked me through using them. All in all, great experience, great people, great haircut! Definitely recommend 👍👍

First word...LOVE! I am so not a salon girl, not a glam girl, I have long straight hair and honestly, it had been about 18 months since I had a cut. My daughter called Jovie from across the country and purchased a haircut with a junior stylist for me as a surprise. I called Jovie that afternoon and was on the schedule for the following day. I certainly needed a cut but was excited to hopefully change it up a bit too. I was warmly greeted immediately upon entry and was also pleasantly surprised to find absolutely no 'salon attitude'. I was introduced to my stylist Vetta. We went to her station and, knowing that she was a junior, I asked just how junior...if she was very new, I was just going to get a good healthy trim. Vetta understood my concerns exactly and shared with me her level of learning, which turned out to be quite a bit! I explained to her that I was interested in a bunch of layers and we were off. She listened to what my styling routine is (low maintenance!) and gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had! She was patient, never rushed me, explained products she'd recommend without pressure, and most importantly, she listened to me...in short a total pleasure. I thoroughly enjoyed Vetta from her skills through to her personality. At checkout, the manager Becky showed me the products Vetta had suggested, and was herself able to tell me what each was for. I did purchase one, but because it's right, not because I was made to feel I should. My daughter had said that Becky was a phenomenal customer service provider and that's the truth. Complete A+ experience from beginning to end! When I need a cut again, I'll definitely return to Jovie and to Vetta.
