I've been getting my haircut here since I was in middle school (I am now in my twenties). The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Pedro is an outstanding barber - ask for him.

Usually get a fairly good haircut here, but last time I went the stylist absolutely screwed my cut up. Uneven, sloppy, and unfinished. Disappointed.

I went there yesterday and ask for a 0 and a medium fade. I said to leave the top of my hair alone because I wanted to let it grow out. When she is finished she ask me how much I want to cut off from the top I said none and told her to cut off a fluff of hair that was sticking out but instead starts trimming my hair to a quarter of its length. I liked this place but since she knew how I combed my hair she thought she knew how I wanted my haircut.

Pedro is great and very knowledgeable. He listens to what you want and offers suggestions to improve your idea.

The place is very nice on the inside. There are quite a few experienced stylists that work here. Wait times like at any other salon can get quite high, especially before a holiday or during the weekend. You can call in ahead of time, and they also have an app that allows you to check in. I've never have to wait more than ten minutes when I do either, even during their busiest time. Cost can be above average, but I've always been happy with my haircut and feel it's worth what I pay. You will be asked to buy products or services for extra, but I've never felt like they held it against me if I said no. I go to other salons on occasion, but there is a reason I keep coming back even though it's not the closest to me.
