I wish I could make this comment without having to put any stars! This place was clean and welcoming, but obviously staff will tell you whatever you want to hear! I asked for a VERY popular color and was told that she could do it... as I watched her I kept asking if she still knew what I wanted and she said yes. I also was asking if she lightens hair much and she again said yes and followed with having me sign a waiver (which was when I should've ran for the mountains) because in all honesty, she had no clue what she was doing and I left mortified. I tried to make it work, but another $200 and a week later I had to have it fixed! It was soooo overpriced and ORANGE!!! Please PLEASE read reviews on places before you go! I would've never stepped foot in here if I had checked this Google review section out!

I used to love going to this place but lately it is a no wonder it has been going down the drain pipe. My “hair stylist” cut one side shorter on one side than the other and kept trying to trying to trim the long side once she realized she messed up. I wish that were the extent of her mess ups but the back is so short that the ends stick out. Needless to say I’m counting the days until my hair grows out.

I stopped by for a simple haircut. The girl was obviously new and did not know what she was doing. She was literally shaking and couldn't finish the cut. I don't appreciate the lack of communication and honesty if this girl was new at what she was doing. To say this place is overpriced and service is bad, is a huge understatement. All the ladies here lack friendliness and customer service skills. I don't understand how this place is still open!!

About a year I went in to get my hair died and colored, and it came to my attention the the girl doing my hair had acrylic nails, not short dainty ones but long sharp triangle nails. She was a very nice girl other than the fact that when I would ask her “don’t touch my scalp with her nails” or so “OW that hurts” she would laugh like it was a joke. It was a very nice experience other than walking out of there for the next week I had deep cuts in my head because of the simplest thing DONT HAVE LONG NAILS IF YOU’RE GONNA DO HAIR!!!!!

Worst ever !!!!!! Please don’t go there ! I went in for a simple cut and the first girl ended up messing it up. I was really patient and want rude at all. The second girl tried to fix it and was really rude! She kept saying comments on how my past barber cut my hair wrong and blaming everyone else and not taking responsibility for it. I literally came home and cut my hair with a #1 all around cuz there was no way of fixing it !
