100% trust her with my hair. Being in the military and all. She knows how my hair regulations are. Being new to El Paso I had to find a certain hair dresser and ever since I went to her she is the only one I will let touch my hair. Sweetest person and very talkative which is great because that way there is no awkwardness. I read all the negative comments but I love it. I've gotten highlights and cuts here and never once had a problem.

Always Been There For Me No Matter What !(: Does A Realy Good Job !(:

Tried giving her a chance 3 times and I can say each time I had to walk out without a haircut. She might be social but she chooses who to be nice to. She will judge you as soon as you walk in and decides whether to give you service or not. Haven't gone back ever again.

Brenda has been cutting my hair for over 25 years. My entire family goes to her to get there hair done. No matter how crazy i want my hair green, blue, pink, purple or blonde she just does it. I always have a awesome time when i am at her salon.

Don't EVER EVER EVER go there!!!!! This woman Brenda the owner of the shop totally messed up my hair and refuses to give back my money so that I can get it fixed professionally. I went in her shop and was clear as water about what I wanted done color, highlights and cut. I was also specific about what color and tone of highlights that I wanted and made it clear that my hair tends to go orange if your not careful. Well, first of all this woman went in and foiled up my hair as you do when getting highlights, but instead of bleaching out my natural DARK color so that she can then deposit a pretty light blond color or tone on my hair, she did none of that!!! This woman then goes on to deposit some ashy funky color on my hair that is foiled up to be "highlights" again without bleaching out my natural dark color. She even put me under the dryer as you do when bleaching and doing highlights. She then takes me to the sink to rinse off what I thought to be "bleach" and then she put other products on my hair that I thought to be the "color" or "toner" that was suppose to be deposited on my hair at that point and time. Come to find out that the only thing that was done was she washed and conditioned my hair... with this OMG funky lowest of the line type of products... that shampoo and conditioner in the purple container with a horse on it that you can buy at any mom and pop corner store for 3.99 a gallon. LOL!!! even PANTENE hair products would have been halfway decent, LOL NOT!!! has this woman ever herd of MATRIX BIOLOGE, JOICO and even PAUL MITCHELL hair products???? She then cuts my hair and sends me on home with wet hair. When my hair eventually dried up the reality of what she did was more than visible!!! my so called "HIGHLIGHTS" was "ORANGELIGHTS" I was soooo disappointed!!! I called this woman up and asked her what she had done to my hair??? because it was orange??? She then goes on to explain that she never bleached out my hair color, that she only deposited the ashy color on top of my natural dark color hair, now C'MON!!! I'm not a beautician but I know enough that, that is not how you do highlights!!! She then tells me to go back so she can fix them. OMG worse mistake EVER!!! I go back she foiled up my hair, puts the bleach on and then puts me under the dryer she then rinses out the bleach, and again this is a woman that owns her beauty salon, you would think she knows what she is doing... at that point is when she was suppose to add the color or toner in, she then towel dries my hair and sends me on home, when my hair dried I notice that there was no color or toner put in my hair!!! and on top of that my hair was bleached unevenly I had three different stages (color) of bleaching in my hair. At this point I went to three different beauty salons to get a price to fix it and they all told me the same thing, that she had bleached it wrong and that she did not add any color or toner after the bleaching and now my hair is left dry and brittle they gave me a price of 175.00 to 250.00 to fix it. I will be uploading a pic soon so you guys can see for your self what this so called "PROFESSIONAL" did to me. I called her up today and told her what the deal was and she refused to pay for the repair and she refused to give back my money. I will make sure that she does not do this to anyone EVER again!!! I will tell the whole world if I have to through every social media possible about her TERRIBLE services and her VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE!!! REMEMBER PEOPLE WHEN YOU SEE A SALON CALLED "BRENDA'S HAIR SALON" AT SUNRISE CENTER OFF DYER ST. IN THE NORTHEAST OF EL PASO TX. RUUUUUUUUN!!!! DON'T GO IN THERE!!! I HAD TO CLICK ON AT LEAST ONE OF THE STARS TO RATE THIS SO CALLED SALON SO IT CAN ALLOW ME TO PUBLISH THIS POST. LETS KEEP IT REAL!!! HOW ABOUT A ZERO FOR A FAIR RATE!!!
